Travel/Service Projects for San Francisco
Bay Area Teens 15-17

Human understanding that goes beyond the borders of one's own neighborhood and country is essential to world peace.

Photo-Guatemalan KidsYBB Travel/Service Projects have enabled San Francisco Bay Area teens to experience several other cultures. Small groups of teens from various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds have journeyed for one or two weeks to both developed and undeveloped countries. These trips feature home stays and a cooperative service project as a forum for interaction with the people and culture visited. We share what we learn through school lectures, youth presentations and development of educational materials.
